WCRA PRESIDENT SUCCESSION

Seattle, Washington – May 26, 2006 - The WCRA Board of Directors is announcing the intention of Judy Reed, WCRA President, to retire from her position at the end of February 2007, and the appointment of Susan M. Duren as President Designate.

Jim Boora, Chairman of the WCRA Board of Directors, stated:

“Judy has led the WCRA from the beginning in 1992, and delivered an outstanding track record of success and value to the community and the WCRA members. Judy is committed to supporting a smooth transition, ensuring that operating performance is maintained together with management continuity, culminating in a celebration of the WCRA’s 15th year in February, 2007.”

Susan M. Duren joined the WCRA in April of 1992 and serves as Vice President, Director of Lending. Susan attended Pacific Lutheran University and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School. Judy Reed said, “WCRA is fortunate to have a talented and experienced successor in Susan, she is as committed to the success of the WCRA as I have been. I am thrilled that she has agreed to lead the WCRA in the coming years.”
